We are seeking a Lawn Care Production Manager to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for diagnosing and correcting lawn issues with fertilizer and pesticide applications.

Our office is located in Des Moines, Iowa. All applicants for our Lawn Care Production Manager position MUST live in Des Moines, or in a nearby area like West Des Moines, Pleasant Hill, Urbandale, Johnston, Clive, or Ankeny.

Type of Work

• Apply fertilizer and pesticides to lawns according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions
• Diagnose and correct lawn issues
• Keep customers satisfied and minimize customer cancellations
• Drive the company vehicle to customers’ properties in Des Moines and nearby areas like West Des Moines and Ankeny.
• Respond in a timely manner to phone and in-person customer requests
• Complete customer instructions and required production forms
• Assist in sales to current customers through contact on route and telemarketing
• Complete production reports, new sales forms, and customer invoice forms
• Maintain vehicle and equipment through cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of our facility
• Other related duties as assigned
